Completed a healthcare data analytics capstone using statistical testing and transition-matrix analysis to quantify policy-driven patient tier migration and plan economics. Built and evaluated predictive machine-learning models to forecast enrollment outcomes at county level using large-scale structured datasets. The work functioned as an AI/ML modeling and evaluation task rather than manual annotation, but it directly supports AI training through model development and validation. • Applied Mann Whitney U, Chi-square, Kruskal Wallis tests across three Medicare policy events. • Constructed Transition Matrix analysis to measure benefit-tier migration. • Developed Random Forest and Decision Tree predictive models. • Conducted county-level market analysis using 29.6M rows to estimate enrollment growth impact.
