Security Overview
Outlynk follows structured data security and privacy practices designed for sensitive AI training workflows. All team members sign NDAs before onboarding to any client engagement, and project-level data governance policies are enforced throughout the delivery lifecycle. Access to client data is strictly role-based and limited to personnel directly assigned to a given project. No data is shared across engagements or retained beyond the scope of the project without explicit client consent. All work is conducted on secured, client-approved environments where applicable. For AI annotation and evaluation tasks, our workflows include task-level access controls, output review by senior leads, and audit trails for quality assurance. We do not use third-party subcontractors without client knowledge and approval. Outlynk operates as a fully remote organization, which means we rely on secure cloud-based collaboration tools, encrypted communication channels, and device-level security standards for all team members. We are actively working toward formal compliance certifications and can align with client-specific security requirements on request.
