Entity (NER) ClassificationAs a Facility Manager, you oversee the day-to-day management and upkeep of YMCA building facilities and related equipment. Your responsibilities include ensuring safe, reliable operation of mechanical and utility systems while coordinating internal teams and external vendors. You also manage client and regulatory interfaces and ensure service readiness for members, requiring strong safety awareness and facility engineering judgment. • Manage and maintain building systems including HVAC, boilers, air handling units, pumps, and compressors. • Oversee grounds keeping and maintenance personnel and coordinate corrective maintenance. • Interface with clients and government regulatory authorities to support compliance and service delivery. • Manage YMCA vendors and contractors to ensure prompt, efficient maintenance and availability of pool/spa services.
