ClassificationAlthough my experience has primarily been in technology, automation, and digital operations rather than dedicated data labeling roles, I have worked extensively with AI systems and data-driven workflows that required annotation, classification, validation, and quality assessment. Some relevant projects include: • AI Content Evaluation & Optimization – Used AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude to generate, review, and refine marketing content, customer communications, knowledge-base articles, and business documentation. This involved evaluating outputs for accuracy, relevance, tone, consistency, and adherence to project requirements. • AI-Powered CRM & Customer Engagement Systems – Designed and implemented AI-assisted workflows for lead qualification, customer segmentation, appointment booking, and automated communications. These projects required categorizing customer data, validating records, testing AI-generated responses, and ensuring data quality across multiple systems. • Workflow Automation Testing & Quality Assurance – Built automation solutions using Make.com, Zapier, n8n, GoHighLevel, and API integrations.
