I've been doing AI training and data labeling work for a while now across different platforms, including iMerit, Lionbridge, Welo Data, Turing, Yandex Yang, and more. The tasks have varied a lot: text annotation, audio labeling, classification, event tagging; pretty much the full range. I've worked in both Turkish and English, sometimes on the same project, which has been useful because a lot of issues only show up when you're dealing with cross-lingual content. Beyond just labeling, I've also been involved in the quality side of things such as catching inconsistencies, flagging edge cases, and occasionally helping put together or refine the guidelines themselves. I think that's where a lot of my value is, honestly, not just completing tasks but understanding why a certain label is right or wrong, and being able to explain that clearly. I pick up new workflows fast, so switching between platforms or adapting to a new style guide hasn't really been an issue for me.
