We operate a portfolio of highly gamified apps that deliver tasks to a global user base and pay contributors directly to their web3 wallets for fast, transparent & borderless payouts. Unlike traditional labeling platforms, Bridge Labs uses Proof-of-Personhood (World-ID) to help ensure each task is completed by a real person - reducing bots, duplicates, and spam. With 500k weekly active users across our apps, we provide scalable, high-integrity human data work for OpenTrain.

Security Overview
Bridge Labs safeguards client data through a combination of technical, operational, and contractual controls: - Project access is restricted on a least-privilege basis with role-based permissions, strong authentication, and logging/monitoring of access and activity. - Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and, where applicable, at rest, and we maintain secure environments for project materials with segregated storage and strict retention/deletion practices aligned to client requirements. - We apply standard cybersecurity hygiene across our systems (secure network configuration, firewalls, endpoint protection/antivirus, and regular patching). - All employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements and receive guidance on secure data handling and privacy practices. - Security controls and processes are reviewed periodically, and we support client-led audits and compliance questionnaires as needed. - For distributed production, we minimize exposure by limiting sensitive data access to authorized roles and using workflow design and QA to protect client datasets while maintaining high-integrity human task completion (including Proof-of-Personhood checks where applicable).
