Prompt + Response Writing (SFT)Built and deployed LLM-based conversational applications, including prompt engineering and LLM training/optimization activities as part of AI system development. Integrated Rasa, generative AI, and RAG to enable customer workflows such as subscription purchases, order status checks, and product/promotional advisory responses. Implemented conversational “talking-head” AI by combining speech-to-text, text-to-speech, LLMs, and computer vision/generative components. • Created a customer-facing AI chatbot using Rasa, Python, generative AI, and RAG. • Led integration of STT, TTS, LLMs, and generative/vision libraries (e.g., Dreamtalk, Amphion) for a conversational talking-head AI. • Performed advanced prompt engineering, LLM training, and optimization using open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral). • Developed and deployed a customer churn prediction model and participated in computer vision preprocessing/deployment.
