My AI training experience is limited to creating prompts to aid in my medical school curriculum. I have used to create NBME relevant study guides, quizzes, flash cards, and the like. Through the process I have repeatedly challenged the AI, helped guide its thinking, gave it clear paths to reach an answer, helped it identify errors in logic, and have recommended changes to its writing style to better suit my needs. I became intimately familiar with the AI behavior and could tell when models change. I adjust my instructions to suit the needs of the Chatgpt AI model I currently am working with.
