Developed a training program for medical students to learn research methods and conduct research projects related to climate change impacts on adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health and rights. Delivered monthly sessions focused on project implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, including guidance on structuring and collecting evidence for community impact reporting.
