I am currently transitioning into the AI training and data labeling field and have developed many of the core skills needed for this type of work through my professional experience in operations management. In my roles as an Assistant to the District Manager and Store Manager, I regularly reviewed reports, audited compliance, analyzed data, identified inconsistencies, documented findings, and ensured accuracy across multiple locations. These responsibilities required strong attention to detail, the ability to follow detailed guidelines, and excellent written communication skills. In addition to my management experience, I am currently pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Behavioral Health and Human Services, which has strengthened my analytical thinking, research, documentation, and evaluation skills. I am comfortable learning new systems quickly, working independently, and maintaining a high level of accuracy. I am excited to apply these transferable skills to AI training, data annotation, content evaluation, and data labeling projects while continuing to develop expertise in the field.
