I have experience testing AI/LLM-based systems from a QA perspective, mainly focusing on validating chatbot behavior, authentication flows, user experience, edge cases, and system reliability. One notable example was identifying a major issue where a shared chatbot authentication setup caused all users to authenticate through one login, which created heavy load and risked disrupting the entire application. This helped me understand the importance of testing AI features not only for correctness, but also for scalability, security, and real-user behavior. On the data labeling and evaluation side, my experience is mainly around reviewing AI outputs, checking whether responses are accurate, relevant, safe, and useful to users, and reporting inconsistencies or hallucinations clearly. I am comfortable following guidelines, identifying edge cases, documenting defects, and giving structured feedback that can help improve model performance and user experience.
