Ive been working at for over 2 year where in the start I was doing trainer work but then in a few months i started managing my own pod of trainers. Later I launched the agentic and agentless campaigns for Meta which lasted about 6-7 months. After that I became an Autoreviewer developer at Turing where I was basically creating review agents for projects running for Meta, Apple, Microsoft and OpenAI. The way this worked was, I would create quality dimensions on which I could assess an annotation's quality. I would engineer prompt and create agents to assess a task annotation on each quality dimension to ensure the data delivered to the client is of the highest quality. Im still doing this among other things at Turing. Im also working at micro1 as a Quantitative Finance expert Trainer in which I create human annotations for anthropic to train their model. This data is both SFT and RL based and my annotations are mostly confined within the realms of finance, consulting and account.
