RLHFI have extensive hands-on experience in AI model training, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and data annotation through my work with Turing and TELUS Digital. As an LLM Trainer and Expert in Chemistry and Biology, he contributed to the development of advanced Generative AI models such as O3 and O4-mini, enhancing their domain accuracy and reasoning through RLHF-based optimization.
