Built an NLP intent classification and entity recognition component for a skincare & nutrition chatbot. The work involved preparing text-based inputs and defining labels for intents and entities derived from user messages. TF-IDF feature extraction and a Naive Bayes model were used to improve classification accuracy. • Implemented TF-IDF + Naive Bayes intent classification using NLTK for natural language understanding • Added contextual memory features alongside entity recognition using fuzzy matching • Created a product recommender logic conditioned on predicted intents/entities • Evaluated results with confusion matrix and accuracy metrics
