Engaged in ongoing PhD research focused on volumetric periapical lesion segmentation and volume analysis. Uses ITK-SNAP and 3D Slicer to perform segmentation and derive lesion volume metrics from CBCT data. Applies AI-augmented approaches to streamline segmentation and support quantitative analysis in dental research. • Develops and refines segmentation/analysis pipeline for periapical lesion volumes • Generates quantitative volumetric outputs for ongoing studies • Performs workflow validation to support peer-reviewed publication quality • Utilizes ITK-SNAP and 3D Slicer for repeatable CBCT volume processing.
