At Unco AI Private Limited, we take data security and client confidentiality very seriously. Our work facilities have CCTV surveillance, restricted access, and designated labeling zones where only authorized personnel are allowed. The use of external storage devices is strictly prohibited. All team members sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and receive training in data privacy and secure handling practices. Access to project data is managed through role-based permissions, which ensure that employees only see information relevant to their tasks. Our IT systems are protected by secure firewalls, antivirus software, and monitored networks. All client files and communications are transferred through encrypted channels (SSL/TLS), and we use multi-factor authentication on internal platforms. We conduct regular data backups and access reviews to prevent loss or misuse. We follow a clear data-handling policy. All client data is used only for project purposes and deleted upon completion. These measures help us ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and trust across every project we deliver.
