PolygonAs a GIS researcher, I have conducted extensive data labeling and annotation of geospatial features using QGIS and SAGA Next Gen. My responsibilities included: Data Annotation & Digitization: Precise polygon and polyline annotation of man-made and natural features (road networks, hydrological channels, and administrative boundaries) from high-resolution satellite/topographical imagery. Quality Validation: Performing rigorous data cleaning and topological error correction to ensure the geometric integrity of the geospatial layers. Data Structuring: Preparing complex spatial data for use in hydrological modeling and disaster management analysis, ensuring data follows strict naming and formatting conventions for integration into predictive models. This experience has developed my eye for spatial accuracy and my capability to manage technical, high-precision datasets which are critical for the training of advanced geospatial AI systems.
