Developed and implemented an AI-powered engineering platform that performs automated extraction and transformation of information from engineering drawings and related CAD documentation. The system supports drawing ballooning and BOM extraction as part of structured CAD workflow automation. Work involved building labeling-like outputs (e.g., bounding/association of annotations) and generating machine-readable results for downstream engineering use. • Automated engineering drawing ballooning to link callouts with corresponding parts. • BOM extraction to convert drawing/document information into structured component lists. • 3D CAD visualization and CAD sharing to support standardized interpretation workflows. • Built AI-assisted engineering document automation and workflows using Python, Flask, and AI APIs.
