I collected and labeled 8,000 real images from a garbage sorting production line for 6 categories of events, including conveyor blockages and foreign objects. I trained a YOLOv8 detection model using this labeled dataset, achieving high accuracy before deployment. The model was successfully used to monitor industrial edge devices with a strong positive impact. • Labeled images for event classification and detection tasks. • Defined categories for operational conditions on production lines. • Contributed to dataset quality assurance prior to model training. • Supported the deployment and evaluation of the AI solution.
