Data CollectionHe completed research collaboration focused on developing and optimizing real-time PCR assays for avian mycoplasma during a defined training/research period. This work required preparing and managing experimental datasets and sample-related records for molecular detection workflows. The outputs included molecular assay development and quantitative detection approaches used for downstream identification tasks. • Prepared experimental inputs and controlled records to support PCR assay development. • Assisted with optimizing detection workflow parameters for accurate molecular readouts. • Organized biological sample-associated information used for assay performance evaluation. • Supported validation activities using molecular test outputs.
