One of my most significant AI training experiences was working as an AI Trainer at Outlier. In this role, I evaluated and improved AI-generated responses by assessing their accuracy, relevance, reasoning, and adherence to project guidelines. I reviewed model outputs, identified errors or inconsistencies, and provided detailed feedback to help enhance the quality and reliability of the AI system. The position required strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently apply complex evaluation criteria across a wide range of tasks. This experience strengthened my understanding of AI training workflows, quality assurance processes, and data annotation standards. It also enhanced my ability to interpret guidelines, maintain high-quality outputs under deadlines, and contribute effectively to the development of more accurate and user-focused AI models.
