Security Overview

Our company operates an on-site, brick-and-mortar financial services and retail auto insurance office, which means our personnel are already thoroughly trained in handling sensitive, regulated consumer information under GLBA standards. Physical Security: All data annotation takes place inside our physical, staffed 1,500 sq ft office environment. The premises feature 24/7 commercial security monitoring, alarm systems, and video surveillance. No unauthorized public visitors can access staff workstation screens, and physical access to the building is controlled during and after business hours. Digital & Network Security: - Secure, business-grade firewalled internet network. - Workstations are secured with individualized, enterprise-grade password management, automatic screen lock-outs after 5 minutes of inactivity, and up-to-date anti-virus/endpoint protection software. - Clean Desk Policy: Staff operate under a strict policy prohibiting the manual recording, photographing, or external removal of any client data from the workstations. - All employees undergo standard background checks prior to hiring and receive ongoing training regarding data privacy and phish protection.
