You led an independent capstone project focused on building a safety monitoring system using Python-based computer vision. You collected and processed training data and helped design the detection workflow for multiple object classes. You applied YOLOv11/OpenVINO and related tooling to improve recognition reliability and prepared outputs for evaluation and auditing. • Built an image annotation and quality workflow for six object categories using Ultralytics. • Implemented spatial cross-checking logic and an IoU-based tracker to reduce detection errors. • Generated CSV reports to support inspection and data quality checks. • Worked with a Python-driven stack including PyQt6 and Ultralytics for end-to-end testing.
