ImageEntity (NER) ClassificationThe project was a PhD in TB (Tuberculosis), where I was given a DNA or RNA sequence and asked to "highlight" specific sections. The main core was Cell Classification, which focused on looking at microscope slides and labeling individual cells as "Healthy" vs. "Infected. The measurements varied based on the biological scale (molecules, cells, or tissues).
