Freelancer Overview

I am a licensed clinical pathologist and associate professor in pathology. I have more than 10 years of experience in pathology. In my clinical duties I am specialized in hematopathology and diagnose hematologic malignancies. In my research I have previous experience in constructing AI-algorithms for image analysis in lymphomas. I have also performed a few previous short term freelance pathology annotation services for different companies.

The aim with the project is to predict genetic aberrations, e.g. TP53 aberrations in mantle cell lymphoma by annotating lymphoma engaged lymph nodes stained with Hematoxylin-eosin.

gastrointestinal pathology

The project aimed to train AI-algorithms on biopsy samples from different gastrointestinal sites, stained with different stainings, where I annotated pathologic areas of the images.
