I've done hands-on data labeling and annotation through class projects and research, working with both EEG/signal data and text. That work spanned the full range of labeling tasks — classifying and categorizing data, tagging and annotating features, and rating model outputs — and I also helped build the labeling guidelines that kept annotations consistent across a team. On top of that, I've built and validated ML models in Python and PyTorch, so I understand how labeled data feeds into and shapes model performance. That mix of direct annotation experience and a disciplined, criteria-driven eye for quality is what I'd bring to AI training work.
