Field Quantitative Data Collector – Social Context and Determinants for Effective Event-Based Surveillance Project (FCT – Osuma and Bwari Area Councils)
Collected event-based surveillance data using structured tools and adhered to project ethical requirements during fieldwork. Administered questionnaires to 100+ respondents and supported household mapping by counting and mapping 40 households per cluster. Recorded daily submissions with verification by project leads to support downstream analysis and reporting. • Pre-field and post-field training on objectives, ethics, and data collection protocols. • Managed respondent consent and confidentiality to maintain ethical compliance. • Produced daily reports for state lead verification and analysis readiness. • Supported systematic cluster-level coverage through household counting and mapping.
