During an advanced engineering project developing an autonomous planting robot, I managed the end-to-end data processing and model validation workflow. I collected and processed experimental sensor data from a central inertial unit (MPU6050) and DC motors, utilizing Python libraries including Pandas and NumPy to clean datasets, filter out measurement noise, and format logs. Furthermore, I performed system identification by evaluating this empirical data against theoretical mathematical models to calibrate a PID controller. This required rigorous analysis of system outputs, error detection, and iterative refinement to ensure algorithmic accuracy, matching the exact skillset needed for high-level AI data labeling and training.
