Company Overview
Nightingale's List is a US-based healthcare staffing firm specializing in licensed, credentialed clinical professionals for AI training, annotation, and validation work. We supply RNs, LVNs, LCSWs, Licensed Psychiatric Technicians, and behavioral health clinicians — every professional license-verified, background-screened, and HIPAA-experienced. Mission: to give healthcare AI teams reliable access to genuine clinical expertise, not crowd-sourced labor. What sets us apart: we're a managed clinical workforce, not a gig marketplace. We handle credentialing, compliance, and quality oversight end-to-end, and we can deploy a pre-consented team within days. Our deepest strength is behavioral health and psychiatric clinicians — the hardest specialty to source for mental-health and clinical-documentation AI. Specialized industries: healthcare AI, medical annotation, clinical data review, and high-compliance institutional healthcare (correctional and behavioral health settings). Locations: headquartered in California, operating nationally across the US. Security & compliance: rigorous license verification, background screening, health clearances, and ongoing credential tracking aligned with federal, state, and facility requirements. Workforce: a national network of vetted, deployment-ready licensed clinicians across nursing, mental health, and allied disciplines.
Security
Security Overview
Employee confidentiality & data handling. All Nightingale's List personnel and placed clinicians execute confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements as a condition of engagement. Our workforce is experienced operating under HIPAA and in high-compliance healthcare environments, where strict protocols for handling protected and sensitive information are standard. Clinicians receive guidance on data privacy and appropriate handling of de-identified and confidential project data. Workforce vetting. Every clinician is license-verified, background-screened, and credentialed before deployment, with ongoing tracking of credentials and clearances. This vetting is the foundation of how we protect client projects — the people touching the data are known, verified, and accountable. Cybersecurity. [Describe what you actually run: e.g., "Company systems are protected by firewalls and endpoint antivirus protection, with access to client data restricted to authorized personnel."] We can also work within the client's own secure platform and tools, so sensitive project data stays inside your environment rather than ours. Access & data segregation. Access to any client data is limited to personnel assigned to that project. [Add specifics if true: password policies, MFA, encrypted storage, etc.] Compliance. Our credentialing and documentation processes are designed to meet federal, state, and facility-specific requirements, with ongoing internal review of clinician compliance status.
