Employee confidentiality & data handling. All Nightingale's List personnel and placed clinicians execute confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements as a condition of engagement. Our workforce is experienced operating under HIPAA and in high-compliance healthcare environments, where strict protocols for handling protected and sensitive information are standard. Clinicians receive guidance on data privacy and appropriate handling of de-identified and confidential project data. Workforce vetting. Every clinician is license-verified, background-screened, and credentialed before deployment, with ongoing tracking of credentials and clearances. This vetting is the foundation of how we protect client projects — the people touching the data are known, verified, and accountable. Cybersecurity.
