Our mission is to empower global businesses and AI systems through precise data labeling and reliable tech outsourcing services. We specialize in creating high-quality annotated datasets for industries such as autonomous vehicles, healthcare, sports analytics, and maritime technology, while also offering outsourced UI/UX design and software development support to help clients scale efficiently. With a team of about 23 skilled professionals across our design, development, and AI data labeling units, Tekme delivers agile, high-impact solutions for diverse projects. Though still an emerging startup without formal certifications or major clients, we follow strict data privacy and quality standards. Tekme is rapidly building a reputation as a dependable partner in Africa’s growing AI and digital innovation space.
Security
Security Overview
At Tekme, data security and client confidentiality are top priorities. Our workspace in North Legon, Agbogba, is equipped with CCTV surveillance and restricted access to ensure only authorized team members can access project environments. On the digital side, we maintain a secure network infrastructure with firewalls, encrypted file transfers, and up-to-date antivirus protection. All client data is stored in controlled environments with limited access rights. Every employee signs a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before onboarding and receives training on data privacy and ethical handling of sensitive information. Although Tekme is still growing and has not yet undergone formal compliance audits, we follow industry best practices for data management and security. Our processes are designed to safeguard client data at every stage of production - from project intake to delivery - ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and trust.
