NextAI Pros takes client data privacy and security seriously. All annotators are onboarded with confidentiality expectations and project-specific instructions. Access to client data is limited only to authorized team members. We use secure file-sharing tools with controlled permissions, password-protected devices, and two-factor authentication where available. We do not share client data outside the assigned project team. After project completion, client data can be deleted or returned according to client requirements. For sensitive projects, we are willing to sign NDAs and follow client-provided security workflows.
