Mechanistic Disease Inference System
MeDIS is an ongoing independent research project focused on exploring mechanism-based computational medicine through systems biology, causal inference, and AI. The project investigates how diseases can be represented as dynamic network states rather than static diagnostic labels by integrating concepts from biology, physics, mathematics, and computational modeling. My work has involved studying biological regulatory networks, mechanistic reasoning, multiscale systems modeling, and the application of AI/ML techniques toward explainable disease modeling and causal analysis.
