IoT-Based Temperature Variation Analysis of P-N Diode and Energy Band Gap Determination
Developed a wireless IoT data acquisition and visualization system to analyze temperature variation effects on a semiconductor diode. Implemented NodeMCU ESP8266 communication using HTTP and created real-time web visualization of sensor readings.
