Security & Privacy Overview At LOOnU Global (PVT) LTD, safeguarding client data is a top priority. We adopt a multi-layered approach to physical, digital, and operational security to ensure that all data labeling projects are handled with the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity. Our physical infrastructure includes secure workspaces with restricted access, surveillance through CCTV monitoring, and identity-based entry controls for any on-site personnel. Although our labeling workforce is primarily remote, strict access control protocols are enforced via secure user authentication and device monitoring. On the cybersecurity front, all internal systems operate on secure network infrastructure with regularly updated firewalls, end-point antivirus protection, and role-based access to client data. Data transfer occurs over encrypted channels (HTTPS/SSL), and storage is protected using industry-standard encryption. All employees and contractors are required to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and undergo training in data handling, AI ethics, and privacy regulations. Sensitive projects are assigned only to verified, background-checked workers under supervised access conditions. We regularly perform internal audits and quality checks, and we are actively aligning our practices toward global standards such as GDPR and ISO 27001 compliance to ensure continued trust and transparency.
