Lish AI Labs maintains a robust security framework to safeguard client data and ensure confidentiality across all projects. Our facility is protected by 24-hour security personnel, biometric access controls, and CCTV surveillance to monitor all activity. To guarantee business continuity, we maintain a standby generator and rely on multiple internet service providers, ensuring uninterrupted operations. On the cybersecurity side, we operate a Fortinet Firewall and centralized server-managed user domains to protect against intrusions and enforce access controls. All project work is carried out within our secure lab environment, where personal devices such as phones are not permitted; they are collected and securely stored at the entrance. Data handling follows strict internal controls. All staff operate exclusively through company-assigned email accounts to prevent unauthorized data sharing. Employees sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and undergo regular training on data privacy and compliance with international standards. We further strengthen accountability with internal audits and compliance checks, ensuring our systems, policies, and workforce continuously meet client and regulatory requirements.
