Blockchain forensics investigation and toolkit development
Developed and applied analytical workflows for blockchain forensics tasks including wallet recovery and transaction tracing. Implemented tooling and procedures to extract and interpret forensic artifacts such as mnemonic-based wallet data and UTXO transaction inputs/outputs. Performed smart contract bytecode and opcode analysis to identify repetitive scam patterns for investigative purposes. • Built a Python-based Bitcoin Wallet Recovery Toolkit using BIP39/BIP44 standards • Traced Bitcoin transactions via Blockstream API and UTXO input/output mapping • Audited Ethereum smart contract bytecode by pulling deployed contracts with Etherscan API • Used security- and scripting-focused techniques to structure outputs for forensic analysis
