PolygonHBW Agency Haiti is a private micro‑tasking and digital services platform based in Haiti. Our mission is to connect Haitian talent with online income opportunities while providing businesses with reliable and affordable digital workforce solutions. We operate a secure platform with a growing pool of 500 to 1,000 active workers who perform a variety of tasks, including data annotation, content moderation, data entry, application testing, content creation, and more. Our internal tools enable real‑time performance tracking, rigorous task validation, and a transparent payment system. We serve multiple industries, including technology, finance, telecommunications, and NGOs. Our workforce is distributed across Haiti, and we are committed to fair working conditions and fast payments. With a scalable Firebase‑based infrastructure, we ensure data security and high availability. We have already collaborated with startups and local organizations on digitalization and data collection projects
Our platform is built on Google Firebase, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. Access to data is controlled by strict Firestore security rules based on user roles (admin, manager, worker). Workers can only access their own data; clients’ data is isolated. We enforce strong password policies and do not share any personal data with third parties. Regular backups are performed, and authentication is handled via Firebase Auth. No external labeling tools are used unless explicitly requested.

Object DetectionWe labeled 50,000 product images with categories (e.g., clothing, electronics, home goods) and extracted key information (price, description) from scanned catalog pages. The project involved 200 part‑time workers using our proprietary HBW Task Platform. Quality was ensured through double‑review by managers. The output was delivered as a structured CSV file.
