Freelancer Overview

I’m an operations executive and systems architect who builds the infrastructure organizations need to grow, adapt, and deliver under real-world complexity. As Chief Operating Officer of an international nonprofit, I directed operations for digital knowledge infrastructure reaching more than 2,000 institutions, including schools, universities, hospitals, prisons, government agencies, and public institutions in low-connectivity and infrastructure-constrained environments. That work included distributed field associates in several countries served, cross-border implementation, partner coordination, training systems, logistics, and the operating structures needed to make ambitious mission work usable in real conditions. Since then, my work has continued inside complex public-service systems, where intake, eligibility, compliance, documentation, service delivery, and human need all have to meet in ways staff can actually carry. My work lives where strategy becomes daily reality: workflows, decision structures, knowledge systems, capacity models, implementation plans, internal tools, and the operational architecture that determines whether people can do their jobs with clarity and continuity. I build systems that help organizations hold complexity without pushing it onto individual people. That may look like designing workflows, strengthening service delivery, creating knowledge architecture, developing capacity models, translating policy into usable guidance, structuring implementation, or aligning leadership, frontline teams, partners, and tools around the same operational reality. I’m technically fluent, but not tool-first. SharePoint, PowerApps, Excel, automation, dashboards, and documentation systems are instruments. The real work is designing the architecture underneath them so information moves, decisions hold, people know what to do, and the system can keep its shape as people, volume, and conditions change.
