Our mission is to connect AI companies with rigorously verified domain experts rather than generic crowd-sourced labelers. We operate a proprietary online assessment platform that qualifies contributors through subject-specific testing in mathematics, physics, chemistry, software engineering, and accounting before they're deployed on any project. This pre-screening reduces error rates and rework for clients needing technical or quantitative accuracy. Services include LLM evaluation and RLHF preference labeling, domain-specific data annotation, coding task assessment, and structured reasoning dataset generation. We adapt to whatever platform or tooling a project requires, with contributors trained on client-specified workflows prior to task assignment. JobPeak is operated by Galco FZ-LLC, with a growing pool of certified English-speaking contributors currently scaling from an initial cohort of 10 toward 50+ within 60 days. Our workforce is fully remote, and every contributor undergoes identity and competency verification prior to project assignment.
