While I have not worked in a dedicated AI training or data labeling role, my experience as a physician and healthcare administrator has involved working closely with structured clinical and operational data in ways that directly support AI development (our project Sonic Wave that in progress). In my role as Head of the CARE Department at Mayapada Hospital, I regularly reviewed and evaluated clinical documentation, treatment plans, and medical resource usage for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance — the same critical judgment skills required in AI output evaluation and analytics especially in medical resource usage doctor by doctor that we input to streghten our new system that can give recommendation waht resource that can be used based on doctor habit. Additionally, in my healthcare data analysis and insurance coordination work, I have assessed and validated large volumes of structured medical data to ensure quality and consistency. I understand clinical reasoning, medical terminology, and how to identify errors or gaps in healthcare information — making me well-positioned to evaluate AI-generated clinical content, flag inaccuracies, and provide high-quality human feedback for medical AI models.
