My data labeling and categorization experience has primarily taken place in two contexts: scientific publishing management and the systematization of large-scale journalistic content. • Scientific Metadata Management (FABA): At the Biochemical Federation, I am responsible for the entry, review, and validation of metadata for academic and scientific publications using Open Journal Systems (OJS). This involves accurately labeling authors, abstracts, keywords, and references according to international scientific publishing standards. I also perform scientific markup in the Marcalyc (Redalyc) platform to ensure proper indexing and visibility in global databases. • Content Systematization and Categorization (Spanish Media): To organize my production of more than 5,000 articles for Spanish media outlets, I designed and maintain structured databases in Google Sheets and Excel. This work includes thematic classification (AI, economics, society), recording links, publication dates, and authors, enabling performance audits and productivity analysis. • CMS and SEO Management: In platforms such as WordPress, I label and classify content through the strategic assignment of categories and tags, as well as the creation of meta titles and meta descriptions to optimize search engine visibility (SEO). • AI-Assisted Automation: More recently, I have incorporated Artificial Intelligence tools and prompt engineering techniques to automate bulk metadata entry and the initial classification of administrative data, significantly improving document processing efficiency.
