Freelancer Overview

In my four years as a Customer Support Agent at Influx, I’ve developed robust skills in handling customer inquiries through live chat and email, which required a strong command of both English and Indonesian. This role has not only sharpened my problem-solving abilities but has also given me direct experience with tasks highly relevant to AI training. I managed ad-hoc tasks like data organization and ensuring accurate record-keeping, which is a core component of labeling and classifying data. I also have experience with fact-checking and providing detailed, accurate information to customers on platforms like Amazon and eBay. Furthermore, my position involved overseeing team operations, creating work schedules, and guiding team members on case resolutions. Most notably, I was responsible for training new agents from various countries, including Indonesia, Brazil, Kenya and Jamaica, where I equipped them with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their roles. This hands-on experience in training and guiding others to follow complex instructions is directly applicable to an AI Annotator role, where I would be tasked with following detailed guidelines to review and rate AI outputs. The combination of my native-level Indonesian and C1+ English proficiency, my experience in data management, and my background in training and following complex procedures makes me a strong candidate for this project.
