NeuroMatch Academy (computational neuroscience) interactive track/tutee — EEG project
Analyzed an EEG dataset to identify biomarkers that distinguish imagined versus executed tasks. This required extracting features from biosignal data and building a labeling-oriented analytic workflow to support differentiation of conditions. The project was completed as part of NeuroMatch Academy computational neuroscience training. • Worked with an EEG dataset for biomarker identification • Distinguished imagined vs executed task conditions • Used programming exercises and collaborative notebook-based workflows • Presented the project to other pods and networking with neuroscience professionals
