Most of my work right now is AI evaluation and annotation. I write rubrics and work on reward modeling, red teaming, prompt engineering, and multimodal annotation, plus bias detection, content moderation, and media analysis. A lot of it is generalist and domain expert review, so I'm used to being handed almost any subject and scoring it against a standard. Alongside that I've spent years in marketing. I've run things as a fractional CMO and covered the whole range, brand strategy, social media, digital marketing analysis, growth, and client partnerships. I'm as comfortable building the creative as I am reading what the numbers are doing. Then there's design, which is where I started. Over ten years in fashion with my own label and contracts across womenswear, menswear, swimwear, and luxury ready-to-wear, and from there into brand design, creative direction, product design, and visual design. I've built and run Shopify stores from the ground up too. I also produce a heavy amount of technical documents, so Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are second nature, the precise kind of work where structure and formatting can't be off. And I keep a foot in real estate and property management, including investment analysis and construction operations. Whatever side I'm working on, I know the tools, from Figma and Adobe through to the current generative models.
