Shrink Wrap Supervisor and Line Technician - Lotte Akhtar Beverages
TrackingYou are a senior technical operator and shift supervisor responsible for the seamless operation, maintenance, and performance of high-speed Krones packaging lines, including the shrink wrap line and associated equipment. You directly manage daily production execution through machine operation, changeovers, fault diagnosis, and shift reporting to support stable output. Your role requires strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems as well as the ability to lead during operator absences. • Operate and supervise the Krones Variopac Pro shrink wrap line, including charge duties during operator absences • Perform planned preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and overhauls while maintaining maintenance logs and spares inventory • Execute precision changeovers and calibrations to minimize downtime and ensure correct label placement and wrap patterns • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults and deliver daily OEE, yield, waste, and downtime reporting
