I have been using AI tools for about a year to support my schoolwork as a psychology student. My experience includes using AI to brainstorm ideas, organize assignments, improve writing clarity, study complex topics, and better understand academic material. Through this, I have become comfortable evaluating AI responses, refining prompts, checking information for accuracy, and using AI as a learning tool rather than relying on it to do the work for me. Although I am still developing formal experience in data labeling and AI training data, my background in psychology, intake documentation, patient communication, and attention to detail gives me a strong foundation for this type of work. My experience in healthcare and behavioral health settings has helped me build skills in accuracy, confidentiality, empathy, documentation, and following structured protocols, all of which are valuable when reviewing, labeling, or improving AI-generated content.
