Graduate Researcher, Mass General Stem Cell Research Institute / Harvard Nephrology Division — scRNA-seq analysis and bioinformatics of kidney organoids
Conducted single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis to quantify cellular heterogeneity, developmental trajectories, and disease-associated transcriptional changes in kidney organoids. Performed scRNA-seq data processing workflows including clustering, dimensionality reduction, and marker gene identification to support downstream biological interpretation. Used the resulting processed data to characterize nephron segment identities and cellular responses to injury or genetic perturbation. • Processed scRNA-seq datasets using R and Python (Scanpy). • Performed clustering and UMAP dimensionality reduction. • Identified marker genes for cell-type and segment characterization. • Integrated multiomics (bulk and single-cell RNA-seq) for higher-resolution insights.
