During my time as a Spatial Data Annotator and AI Trainer at Remotasks, I gained deep, hands-on experience handling high-precision data annotation and quality control for global machine learning projects. I focused heavily on optimizing workflows for complex 2D and 3D datasets, including LiDAR, which significantly brought down manual error rates for our stakeholders. I didn't just label data; I also owned the quality side of things by running technical audits, executing strict QA protocols, and analyzing process data to give remote teams actionable feedback that boosted our overall accuracy. What sets me apart is that I look at data training through the lens of a data scientist. I didn't just follow guidelines—I created them by developing internal "edge-case" documentation to help my peers tackle tricky data and translated complex project requirements into clear, actionable tasks. With a solid foundation in Geospatial Information Science (GIS) and my current Master’s studies in Data Science—where I focus on Machine Learning and AI—I truly understand how models process data. This combination of practical labeling experience and high-level technical knowledge allows me to prepare training datasets that are highly accurate and perfectly aligned with machine learning goals.
