I’ve spent quite a bit of time working through the IBM SkillsBuild program, where I got to roll up my sleeves and get hands-on with the actual lifecycle of machine learning. Using IBM Watson Studio, I learned that "data wrangling" isn't just a technical step—it’s about making sure the information we feed an AI is clean, balanced, and actually useful. This experience really drove home the idea that an AI is only as smart as the data it’s trained on, and I’ve developed a sharp eye for the small details that make a dataset work.What really sets me apart is that I don’t just look at data as a series of labels; I focus on the logic and ethics behind it. Working on projects in the Watson ecosystem helped me get better at spotting bias and improving how models understand language. These are the exact skills needed for high-quality feedback in RLHF. I’m not just checking boxes—I’m making sure the models I help train are accurate, fair, and ready for the real world.
