Packaging Machine Operator
Operate and monitor automated packaging machines in a fast-paced food production environment while supporting daily output targets. Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain efficient production. Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with food safety (HACCP) and sanitation procedures. • Operate packaging equipment and monitor performance during production • Conduct product quality checks for weight, seal integrity, and labeling accuracy • Follow HACCP, sanitation, and workplace safety policies, including PPE usage • Maintain production records and report equipment faults or maintenance needs
